Shipping policy

Simply Staging ships all orders out via Standard Shipping through USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Lead and shipping times will vary depending on the product. Specific information is noted within each product description. Please note, address changes cannot be made after 48 hours of order receipt. Once your order is placed in our shipping queue, we cannot make changes to an order. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we are not responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather and service interruptions, due to the global impact of COVID-19.

PILLOWS / TEXTILES

We strive to have all in-stock items shipped as quickly as possible. However, some products are made to order and ship within 5-7 business days. We will share tracking information with you once your order has shipped so you can follow your order's journey. Once shipped, you should expect your order to arrive within 2-7 business days.

ARTWORK

Due to the custom nature of our pieces, all artwork sales are final. Please allow 6-8 weeks for our vendors to fulfill and deliver artwork, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

RUGS

Most of our rugs are subject to availability and typically ship between 3-4 weeks from the date of your order, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please allow another week for delivery.

LIGHTING

Most lighting is subject to availability and should ship between 2-3 weeks from the date of your order, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please allow another week for delivery.

BACKORDERED ITEMS

Our team works hard to update the Simply Staging site often to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping timeframes. Shipment changes due to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change. Our team will notify you of any changes to your order and will ship out items as they become available. Furniture and artwork orders cannot be canceled due to a backorder.
